Quilts Exhibit in Prizery gallery

Who- The Parsons Bruce Art Association and The Prizery of Halifax County

What- An exhibit honoring The North Halifax Quilting Ladies, including quilts of varying types.

Where- Robert F. Cage Gallery at The Prizery, 700 Bruce Street, South Boston, VA

When- March 21 - May 31 - Opening reception Sunday March 21 2:00p.m.

Why - The quilting ladies specialize in hand quilting and the ladies help raise money for the North Halifax  Fire Department.   2010 is the year Virginia has designated to honor Woman in the Arts and this exhibit is one of Halifax County’s contributions to the celebration.
